THE PARTIAL EVIDENCE IN FAVOR OF DISCREDITING ANY CLAIMS AGAINST
JEFFERSON LANGLEY'S OF FRAUD, SCAMS OR ANY INVOLVEMENT IN ANY ALLEGED ACTIVITY, WHICH MEANS UNPROVEN IN A
COURT OF LAW, (AKA INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY), IN THE RAISING OF FINANCE IN RELATION TO THE MOTION PICTURE NOT
FORGOTTEN OR ANY OTHER MOTION PICTURE OR ANY CONSULTING ASSIGNMENT WITH CLIENTS. THE FOLLOWING IMAGES STEP OUT HIS INVOLVEMENT AND LACK THERE OF IN RELATION TO THE ACCUSED and/or CORRESPONDENCE IN ANY ACTIVITIES THAT MAY OR MIGHT NOT HAVE HAPPENED.
**It
had come to everyone's attention that a law suit has been filed in late
2012, regarding allegations of fraud and /or investment discrepancies.
Let it be known that Jefferson Langley and the film NOT FORGOTTEN, along
with the other producers and people involved, have not been named nor
will he or them ever be named in anything relating to the law suit. As
per the attorney handling the case, California statute of limitations is
4 years and the incident occurred as of 2007/2008. Anyone not mentioned
by the time of these limitations expiring, which was last year,
Jefferson and/or any other producers, executives and the likes will
never be associated with these allegations in any way. **
To whom it may concern:
I
want all who reads this letter about my son, Jefferson Langley, to be
aware of the heartache he has been going thru for over 2 yrs. I was
contacted by a woman out of the clear blue, whom I did not know or had
never met. Her name is Aubrey (last name was changed at least twice) so I
do not know her real last name. On the first call, of which there were
many, she led me to believe my son was in serious jeopardy. She wanted
me to come to California and stay with her, as she had a plot to kidnap
Jefferson to save him from what I do not know. She moved more than once
so she could not give me a permanent address. She was also willing to
send me money to help with my expenses. She did send me $100.00 (by
check)of which I have sent to Jefferson for his records. She also sent
me a telephone that she wanted to pay for but she was always out of work
(as a comic,so she told me). She made it very clear that she wanted to
be with Jefferson because she loved him(he only had 2 dates with her).
She told me that she told her parents, whom she said were very wealthy
that Jeff had to be in her life. She even had an attorney talk to me
from Florida. She said she had to save Jefferson and that Ima, who is
his business manager, was a very bad influence on him. I went to
California and met Ima and Jefferson for lunch. Ima seemed to be very
pleasant and positive about Jefferson and what he could do with his
talents and future. Even though Jefferson and I are apart, we always
tell each other by e-mail or phone that we love each other. He has
always been a very special, talented and positive person. He has never
claimed to be perfect and has made many choices that have led to things
for him to learn. He can be stubborn as I am. Aubrey also tried to
introduce some woman named Kathryn in the mix, of which I also never met
or talked to. In the end, I sent her the phone back and told her no
further contact was necessary. I even changed my e-mail address to avoid
her. I have tried to understand all of this myself and have come to the
conclusion that she is a stalker (my opinion). Never did she ever
follow through with any proof of any claims and she never produce
anything substantial except for her obsession about Jefferson. I never
fully trusted her. It was just something about her. Jefferson and I are
very understanding of one another as father and son. We have our
differences, and of course don’t always see eye to eye. We’ve argued,
disagreed and agreed in the end. He is my son, and I Love him with all
my heart.
